Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all subscriptions, add-on purchases, and related services for Cypherdote Advanced Phishing Simulator (“CAPS”), provided by Cypherdote (“we”, “our”, “us”). By subscribing to or purchasing services from CAPS, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this Policy.

1. General Refund Terms

All subscription fees, including monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual billing cycles, are non-refundable once the payment is processed. Addon Credit purchases (Email, Redteam, Assessment) are final and non-refundable once credited to the Client’s account. This Policy applies equally to unused, partially used, or fully consumed credits or subscription periods.

2. Exceptions

Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Billing: A payment charged more than once due to a technical or billing error.
  • Service Activation Failure: Payment received, but the purchased plan or credits were not activated due to a proven system failure attributable solely to Cypherdote.
  • Unauthorized Transaction: A charge made without the Client’s consent, provided that the claim is supported with verifiable evidence.
3. Refund Request Procedure

Clients requesting a refund under the above exceptions must:

  • Submit a written request to [email protected] within 7 calendar days from the transaction date.
  • Provide proof of payment (transaction ID, invoice) and a clear explanation of the issue.
  • Cooperate with Cypherdote’s verification process, which may include providing supporting documents or system logs.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

4. No Refund for Usage-Based Consumption

If any part of the purchased credits or services has been used (even partially), the transaction becomes ineligible for a refund, regardless of the remaining unused portion.

5. Modifications to This Policy

Cypherdote reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be published on our official website, and continued use of CAPS after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
